Accident book
The book of accidents is an extension of HELIOS Inuvio for keeping legal records of occupational accidents according to government regulation no. 322/2025 Coll. It allows you to lock the completed record, print outputs for employees and work inspection, and monitor the accident rate by workplace. Optionally, a variant overview for the registration of injuries to children, pupils and students according to decree no. 64/2005 Coll.
Active Directory
The Helios AD service is a connection to the Helios ERP system, allowing you to load groups and users from Active Directory (AD) groups at defined intervals. The plugin will check users assigned to groups for the Helios database. If the user is in an AD group assigned to the Helios database and is not specified in it, the service will add the user with data according to AD and a defined role of rights.
ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
Overview
The MES Plus solution from ECOdate is an extension of the standard ERP system Helios Inuvio. This solution uses the standard functionality of technical preparation of production, production control and advanced production planning. MES Plus thus combines online data from the ERP system and data generated by collecting information from individual workplaces. Replace the passive monitor screen waiting for an instruction with the innovative MES Plus system, which will be online, dynamically informing you about the status of the production in progress and at the same time help manage the work queue.
Current production status on one screen
MES Plus displays the online status of multiple workstations, including other necessary information. Color separation shows whether a workstation is currently working, idle, or not occupied.
Work queue manages other operations
A plannable work queue helps manage production according to set priorities. Operations can be smoothly moved to implementation, selected for processing from multiple production orders, and in some cases, the circulation of paper dispatch notes can be eliminated.
Multiple workstation operation
A worker's login to a workstation and operation can respect the qualification matrix. The system supports the work of one worker at multiple workstations as well as the login of multiple workers to one workstation or production order.
Downtime and work-in-progress under control
MES Plus records downtime and visualizes it in relation to a specific workstation. Online information on product work-in-progress, machine and worker performance helps detect failures, waiting, and other inefficiencies in the production process.
Necessary documents directly at the workplace
A follow-up overview can be displayed for the operation, such as a bill of materials, production process, technical drawing, tool list or data on the work performed. The content can be prepared according to the needs of a specific worker, workplace or a combination thereof.
Internal logistics
After the operation is completed, the unfinished product can be stored in a special production location (sector, shelf). This is automatically displayed to the following operation as a signal to continue according to the workflow and supports a smooth production flow using internal logistics.
Data for quality, analysis and OEE
Production data can be further processed in the ERP system, used for performance and trend reports or for measuring and evaluating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). The documents include equipment availability, downtime, product quality, records and qualification of rejects and production speed in relation to the maximum possible production.
Support for quality and production standards
MES Plus allows you to monitor product quality and supports compliance with production standards and norms. Additional records required by production standards, such as a welding log or inspection plans, can be integrated as needed.
Central management of all terminals
Terminal configuration is done from one place directly in Helios Inuvio and uses standard authorization management. The application can be launched from the server using a proxy on the station and its control can be multilingual.
