Contracts clearly according to your needs
You can classify contracts into any user-defined categories and types. In addition to mandatory data, such as contractual parties or responsible person, other parameters required for a specific type of contract can also be recorded.
Checking mandatory data and contract status
The system checks whether the required parameters have been completed and warns of missing data. The contract status automatically changes between the values In negotiation, Valid and Invalid according to the entered effective dates.
Important deadlines always in sight
In the contract overview, you can filter by individual dates or use parametric filters, for example for notice period or end of validity. Upcoming deadlines can be highlighted in color or notified by e-mail via the Mail Reporter application.
Documents securely linked to the contract
You can attach a scan, attachments and other related documents to each contract. The integrated DMS allows you to set rights, version documents and track work history, including data on who and when inserted, opened or saved the document.
Sending to the register via data mailbox
The Contracts Register plugin communicates with the contract register of the Ministry of the Interior via data mailbox messages. It prepares the corresponding data message from the contract metadata and its attachments at the user's instruction.
Support for all necessary operations
A message can be sent to the register to publish or modify a contract, add an attachment or make a record inaccessible. Supported attachments can be in PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, ODT or TXT formats.
Processing result back in Helios Inuvio
The Contracts Register sends the processing result back to Helios Inuvio via data mailbox. After loading it, the user is informed whether the contract was successfully published or whether the record status has changed.
Authorizations and history under control
The Contracts Register respects the authorizations set in HELIOS Inuvio and records the necessary operations. The contract record and integrated DMS can thus simultaneously serve as a clear electronic archive of company documentation.
