Every Item Under Control
Each item of work equipment has its own record in the system. For every employee, you can quickly check its price, issue date, service life, the next entitlement date and other required details. Recorded attributes can be adjusted or extended to suit the needs of a particular department and equipment type.
Issue Based on Actual Entitlements
Equipment can be issued according to the employee's job role and defined entitlement, either directly to a particular employee or to a team leader. The issue process can also use the employee's identification card and the equipment barcode, in much the same way as standard inventory transactions.
Overview for Inventory Planning
Helios Inuvio shows which equipment individual employees have received and in what quantities. At the same time, you gain an overview of stock levels, available sizes and the expected dates of upcoming orders or bulk issues of work equipment.
Paperless Handover Records
Handover records can be printed or maintained and signed electronically in the integrated DMS. The documents remain securely stored directly in the system and can be retrieved or printed later whenever required.
Settlement When an Employee Leaves
When employment ends, the residual value of equipment that cannot be returned and reassigned to another employee can be calculated as of a selected date. By choosing the corresponding payroll component, you can then create the basis for a deduction in the next payroll calculation.
Familiar HELIOS Inuvio Environment
The records are a natural part of the HELIOS Inuvio environment. New entries can be created, edited and deleted in the familiar way, while the overview can be adapted using the system's standard tools. Users therefore work in the same interface as they do with other company processes.
