Accident book
The book of accidents is an extension of HELIOS Inuvio for keeping legal records of occupational accidents according to government regulation no. 322/2025 Coll. It allows you to lock the completed record, print outputs for employees and work inspection, and monitor the accident rate by workplace. Optionally, a variant overview for the registration of injuries to children, pupils and students according to decree no. 64/2005 Coll.
ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
Everything clearly on one screen
On one screen, it is possible to select a project, a project stage and a task of a given stage, thereby recording the costs for the correct part of the project. The user selects from preset activities and enters the number of hours or the amount in crowns or euros. The user can also attach a file or comment to each record. Records can also be replicated and subsequently edited, thus avoiding the repeated entry of a project or its sub-stages. A single screen includes an overview of activities and costs recorded so far. In the overview, the user can see all recorded costs, including weekly totals, and start the workflow for approving weekly reports. Approval continues in Helios with approval by the project manager. This leads to the blocking of records in WRApp, which the user can no longer edit. Weekly reports can be used to bill employees for expenses.
For the worker on the go and the shared workplace
The WRApp solution from ECOdate for recording work and expenses on projects is an extension of the standard ERP system Helios Inuvio. This solution uses the functionality of the project management module. WRApp thus combines data from the ERP system and data created by collecting information from individual workers. The application can be run on the worker's laptop or on a common terminal at the company's headquarters. Login can be adapted to the operation using a PIN, chip, smart card or barcode. WRApp can also be used by workers who are not regular users of the Helios system. The WRApp application can be run in CZ, EN or other language versions.

WORK • Time worked and overtime • Hours are recorded for a project, stage, task and pre-prepared activity. The quantity or value in crowns or euros can also be recorded. DOCUMENTS • Comment and file for the record • The worker can attach a note and a file to each record. Both items are transferred to the relevant record in Helios. COSTS • Per diems, hotel and transport • In addition to time, other personnel and variable costs can be entered, such as meals, accommodation or car rental. TIME SAVING • Repeating a record with editing • A frequently used or historical record can be replicated, edited and re-saved without having to fill in all the data again.
