ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.
What is the result of the inspection?
The result is the inspection status - an external flag above the receipt. The column can then serve as an auxiliary indicator (filter data for the report) during further processing of the document in the shipping process. <strong>It also logs who performed the inspection and when, and with what result, so that everything is traceable for the disputed shipment/document.</strong>

The solution optionally has a direct link to the Balíkobot plugin. If both solutions are installed in the database, a new option will become available in the Balíkobot connector configuration, which can be used to enable simple monitoring, which will prevent the shipment from being registered if the source documents have not passed the output inspection.
Optimization for the reader
The entire process is optimized for working with a simple barcode reader, so the inspection can be operated without a mouse and keyboard. In the configuration, special barcodes can be defined that represent individual buttons in the window. These special codes are then permanently printed by the operator directly next to the reader at the dispatch checkpoint.

In the configuration, you can set the basic inspection parameters - what identifies the document and items, basic settings for the window appearance and control barcodes.
