Speeding up the service order processing process
The application contains all the information necessary to work on a service task and thus allows you to manage the entire process of a service order from planning to confirming the service with the customer's electronic signature. Communication with field workers will be significantly simplified.
Integration on HELIOS iNuvio
Thanks to the direct connection, the data is always up-to-date in the application and in the information system. The management of the company thus has the necessary information to manage the company immediately available. The application also automatically respects pricing for contractual customers who have entered special prices for goods, services and spare parts in the HELIOS iNuvio system.

Limits on paperwork and manual entry
Each technician can have his own separate warehouse (car). The application enables an overview of the given warehouse, receipt and delivery of material to a mobile warehouse, or restocking (for example, from car to car).
