ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.
ADAPTY Maintenance
ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.

How the module works
1. Definition (BOM): You determine what the product consists of (material, goods) and what services (labor) are needed to create it.</br> 2. Specify assembly: You select the product type and the required quantity.</br> 3. Automation: The system automatically generates material issues and receipts for the finished product.</br> 4. Calculation: The stock price of the product is automatically calculated as the sum of the stock prices of components and materials entering the product, possibly increased by material overhead and labor costs. </br>
When to choose SAM?
This module is designed for <strong>single-level BOMs</strong>. It perfectly covers the needs of both trading and manufacturing companies and assembly operations that do not need to work with multi-level BOMs and monitor work-in-progress on machines in detail or report job wages.
