Accident book
The book of accidents is an extension of HELIOS Inuvio for keeping legal records of occupational accidents according to government regulation no. 322/2025 Coll. It allows you to lock the completed record, print outputs for employees and work inspection, and monitor the accident rate by workplace. Optionally, a variant overview for the registration of injuries to children, pupils and students according to decree no. 64/2005 Coll.
Active Directory
The Helios AD service is a connection to the Helios ERP system, allowing you to load groups and users from Active Directory (AD) groups at defined intervals. The plugin will check users assigned to groups for the Helios database. If the user is in an AD group assigned to the Helios database and is not specified in it, the service will add the user with data according to AD and a defined role of rights.
ADAPTY CRM &
ADAPTY CRM gives sales reps one workplace for everything: work queue, pipeline, and the next step for each opportunity, without switching between records. Its AI knowledge layer summarizes the current stage, changes, and recommended next steps using data from ADAPTY, ERP, and the customer’s website. Sales managers get a real-time overview of the entire team and pipeline. Helios Inuvio integration is included, but the CRM also works without ERP.

Tasks in Helios
You plan your day and create a new task or meeting with a customer in Helios. When creating or editing a task in Helios, just check the Export to GOOGLE calendar box. The system automatically writes the event to the dedicated calendar in Google Workspace for the given user.
Field work
All essential information (name, start and end dates, description) is available in the Google Calendar mobile app. You pack your computer and head out to see your customers. You don't have to connect to Helios via VPN to check the meeting. Just open the classic Google Calendar on your phone. You can see the exact name of the meeting, the start and end times, and a detailed description of the task from Helios.
Two-way update
Did the meeting run long or did the customer ask to move it to another time? You can move the event time directly in the mobile calendar or add a new note to the description. The connector will notice the change and automatically copy it back to Helios. And it works the other way around — if your assistant in the office moves your task in Helios, it will be updated immediately on your mobile.
Data security
ERP Helios remains the main control system. Deleting a task in Helios also deletes the event from Google Calendar. Accidental deletion on the phone will not affect the task in Helios, and the next time you edit it, the event in the calendar will be restored. If there is a simultaneous change on both sides, the data from Helios always takes precedence.
Synchronization logic and rules
• The task is exported by checking the Export to GOOGLE calendar flag (can also be used retroactively for previously created tasks). Changes in time and description are transferred in both directions. • Deleting events is fully controlled from Helios. Deleting a task in Helios deletes the event in Google Calendar. Deleting on the Google Calendar side does not affect the task in Helios, the next time you edit it in Helios, the event in Google will be restored. • If the same task is edited on both sides at the same time, the system will preferentially preserve the data from ERP Helios.

• Mobile overview: Entries from Helios are immediately reflected in both mobile and web Google Calendar. • Bidirectional editing: Changing the time or description in the mobile calendar is automatically written back to ERP Helios. • Data integrity: ERP Helios remains the main authority — in case of any conflict of changes, Helios always takes precedence. • Helios as the main data base: In the event of any outage, incorrect deletion of an account in Google Workspace, or a cloud service crash, all data, tasks, and history remain safely stored in ERP Helios. • Selective export: Only tasks that the user explicitly marks are synchronized.
