ADAPTY Maintenance

ADAPTY Service & Maintenance combines dispatching, planning and service evaluation in one process center. Field technicians use a mobile app to view jobs, machines and service history, record materials and work, add photos and have customers sign service reports on-site. The calendar manages technician capacity and inspections are generated automatically. Reports show service hours, billing and the most failure-prone machines. Helios master data integration is included, but ADAPTY also works without ERP.

System for quality management and monitoring of non-conformities. Gativa QMS is designed for efficient quality management in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes in real time. It enables the management of inspection plans and machine and equipment maintenance. The solution is fully integrated with Helios and ensures automatic real-time data exchange. Inspection plans and maintenance activities can be managed using mobile terminals, tablets or touchscreen computers running Windows or Android. The corresponding QMS modules in Helios Inuvio are required to operate Gativa QMS.

General Imports

General Imports extends Helios Inuvio with a universal tool for transferring data from external sources. It can load information from Excel files, CSV files and SQL database queries and safely transfer it into selected system agendas. The solution includes data checks, editing of loaded records, repeated processing of incorrect items and the option to update existing data in selected agendas. The module helps reduce manual retyping and lowers the risk of errors when working with data.

Outbound inspection of shipments

This is a simple tool within the scope of shipping that allows the operator to use a barcode scanner to compare the "record" contents of the shipment (list of items on the picking list) with the physical reality in the packaging (in the "box") before the shipment is sent to the customer. The goal of the solution is to detect discrepancies, i.e. typically missing/excess/mixed goods in the shipment against the document, and thus eliminate the possibility of sending a shipment with incorrect contents.
